For the third year in a row, experts and decision-makers from the real estate and finance industry come together to discuss trends and developments in monitoring.
The meeting will once again take place in the beautiful Duftbräu on the Samerberg in Bavaria.
Monitoring Day is an annual dialogue meeting to discuss the status, trends and outlook for construction monitoring between funders, developers and monitors in an open exchange.
The platform baumonitoring.com hat es sich zum Ziel gemacht, standardisierte Leistungsbilder, ein gemeinsames Verständnis der Regulatorik und digitalisierte Monitoring-Prozesse zu etablieren. Weitere Ziele sind u.a. der Austausch über Entwicklungen in der prozessbegleitenden Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten und die Schaffung einheitlicher, digitaler Standards zur Risikoidentifikation auf Grundlage bestehender Normen.
