For the third year in a row, experts and decision-makers from the real estate and finance industry come together to discuss trends and developments in monitoring.
The meeting will once again take place in the beautiful Duftbräu on the Samerberg in Bavaria.
Monitoring Day is an annual dialogue meeting to discuss the status, trends and outlook for construction monitoring between funders, developers and monitors in an open exchange.
The platform baumonitoring.com has made it its goal to develop standardised a common understanding of the regulatory framework and digitalised monitoring processes. Other goals include the exchange of information about developments in the process-related monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality and the creation of uniform digital standards for risk identification of risks on the basis of existing standards.
